Payment Options:

For one-day or multi-day Yellowstone tours, we ask that a full payment be made at the time of making your reservation.

We accept personal checks, made out to YELLOWSTONE INSIGHT, mailed to P.O. BOX 754, Gardiner, MT 59030.  You can also make a payment with major credit cards through the secure on-line service Paypal. Click here to book your trip on-line!

Cancellation Policy:

  • More than 30 days prior to your trip, you will receive full refund, minus a $50 processing fee.
  • 30 days to 1 week out from the scheduled tour day, you will receive 50% refund.
  • Within less than 7 days of scheduled tour day, there will be no refund.

Terms & Conditions:

Yellowstone Insight reserves the right to cancel any trip for purposes of security and safety at any time.  We also reserve the right to not serve any person who is determined by our guide to be unsafe to our staff or others. We will not discriminate against any individual because of race, sex, creed or nationality.

We believe safety is of the utmost priority.  With that said, there are inherent risks that could occur on tour in Yellowstone National Park. We ask that our clients sign an Acknowledgement of Risk form on the day of your tour.
